This second floor, 2-bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the Heron Harbour Isle community on 120th street. You'll be a mere 3-4 blocks from the beach or enjoy the community pools, which include a large outdoor pool, lap pool and baby pool. Watch the sunset every evening from your furnished balcony and enjoy the fireworks every Sunday (firework display runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day). The master bedroom has a queen size adjustable bed (head and legs can be raised) with built in USB ports to charge your phone. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the main room enabling this condo to accommodate 6 guests comfortably. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, a full size washer/dryer, internet access and two parking spaces.

Summer rentals are Saturday to Saturday, beginning May 25 through September 14^th.

All linens and one set of towels provided for use by each guest.  Beach chairs are provided, however, beach towels are not provided.

Guests provide their own meals.

All trash should be removed from condo prior to departure on the final day.

Outdoor grilling is not permitted per condo policies

Non-smoking.

No pets allowed.

We do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
